Luis Antonio Perez

Luis Antonio Perez was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where his love for storytelling and audio began. Over 15 years in public radio, Luis has honed his craft as an award-winning audio and podcast producer. His work has been featured on NPR, WBEZ-Chicago, Colorado Public Radio, and Latino USA among others. Luis is a multiple-time Moth StorySlam winner and passionate about teaching the art of storytelling, often leading community workshops helping others find their voice. When not behind the mic or in the DAW, you can find Luis exploring Denver’s vibrant food scene with his partner, Halina, his high school sweetheart.
